Financial Services Website & UX Experience
A redesigned financial services website focused on clarity, trust, and guiding users through complex service offerings with structured navigation, intentional user flows, and interactive elements that support real engagement, built and delivered as a fully integrated website experience.
What was delivered
A structured redesign spanning UX strategy, site architecture, and interface design for a professional services platform.
“Services work best when they’re guided, not just explained. Navigation and interaction move users through the site with intent.”

The existing site presented services in a fragmented way, making it difficult for users to understand offerings, navigate effectively, and take action. Content lacked hierarchy, and the experience did not guide users through decision-making.
Service Structure
Service offerings were reorganized into clear categories and pathways that reflect how users evaluate and select advisory services, improving findability and supporting how decisions are made.
Guided Experience
User paths are structured to lead visitors from entry points into relevant services with progressive disclosure, using navigation and interaction to reduce friction and support decision-making.
Interaction & Clarity
The interface emphasizes trust and clarity, using purposeful interactions (hover states, expandable content, guided sections) to make complex services easier to understand and navigate across devices.
