Application Processing System
A high-pressure, rapid-build portal developed during COVID to support Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications, giving banks and financial institutions a centralized system to manage submissions while providing customers visibility into their application status.

End-to-end front-end development and UX design of a portal experience built under extreme time constraints to support large-scale application processing.

Banks and financial institutions needed a way to quickly process a high volume of PPP applications during COVID. Existing systems were not equipped to handle the speed, scale or visibility required, creating friction for both internal teams and customers.

The front-end was structured so each institution could quickly apply its own brand, allowing the same experience to be deployed across different banks with minimal rework.

Front-end development was executed directly within a ASP.NET MVC environment, balancing technical constraints with user experience decisions.
